"My experience at Des Peres Physical Therapy has exceeded my expectations and I
have found it to be outstanding compared to other physical therapy facilities I have
been to. After working with Deb, I have been able to return to some of my normal
activities. I would recommend Des Peres Physical Therapy to others and would return
in the future myself if I required more physical therapy.
My 14 year old daughter was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease and had not
attended school for 2 months due to pain. Dr. Kumar referred us to Des Peres Physical
Therapy as he stated Kat did not need a “cookie-cutter PT,” Deb would be able to
manage Kat’s special needs. With help from Deb my daughter is back to enjoying her
life again. She has returned to school, goes for walks, and is able to be with her

"For 14 years I have experienced both
chronic and acute low back and leg pain as a result of a fall. I
have experienced a variety of different physical therapist and
different therapy protocols. The therapists were sympathetic and
professional but were not inclined to alter from routine
therapy protocols. Then I met Deb Lavender and I was
exposed to simple therapy techniques that not only helped
relieve pain but adjust the body for sustained relief. Along with
the hand on techniques I initiated stretching and strengthening
